This Year we are supporting World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th October to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving women’s health and wellbeing.

Set up by the International Menopause Society, the day provides best practice health care information for women through their menopause transition and beyond. The goal is for you to achieve optimal health and well-being and make fully informed, mid-life health choices.

Studies have shown that menopause symptoms can have a significant impact on attendance and performance in the workplace, which makes menopause not just a female issue, but an organisational issue. 

Reducing the stigma attached to the menopause is vital so that more people will talk openly about it.
