Jemma contacted us regarding her training needs after she found us on the working Wales training provider portal. After the initial email arrived on what we could offer Jemma, we had a discussion meeting on when we could deliver her training to the timelines she required. Once we agreed the programme of training, covering Initial Person on Scene & the Level 3 Education & Training courses. We agreed with Jemma and her working Wales advisor of the training deadlines. These courses were spread over a three-month, period to meet Jemma’s needs as she worked out her redundancy notice. Her current employer allowed her to join us on the agreed dates as she worked out her redundancy notice in agreement with Working Wales, to prepare her to move seamlessly into her new job.
