Dental Immediate Life Support Course
This one-day course meets the General Dental Council requirements for recognising and managing medical emergencies and fully aligns with Development Outcome C. It also covers the Medical Emergencies competencies expected in all dental practice settings and is a mandatory requirement for registration.
WHAT
A practical training day covering: CPR, Choking, AED, ABCDE Approach, Airway management, Suction, Medical Emergencies, Oxygen Therapy and Vital Signs.
WHO
New applicant registrants and current registrants, including dental nurses.
WHERE
Training location options
- Individuals are welcome to join scheduled courses at our Chepstow training centre, with dates available throughout the year.
- Organisations can book our trainers to deliver the course on‑site at your clinic or practice, arranged for the dates and times that best suit your team’s workflow.
COST
The individual course fee is £130 + VAT.
The fee for on‑site group training at your UK venue (up to 8 staff) is £700 + VAT.
