BLENDED TRAINING – SAVING TIME IN THE CLASSROOM
Online training is incredibly efficient — it lets staff learn when it suits them. But not every qualification can be completed fully online.
That’s where blended training comes in. It keeps you fully compliant while still giving your team the flexibility they value. By combining structured online learning with a focused, practical classroom session, blended training reduces time away from work and delivers a smooth, modern learning experience that our learners consistently rate highly.
How does blended training work? For a course like Basic Life Support, you are permitted to take the course fully online and then complete a short in-person skill evaluation at our training centre.
For courses like First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work and Paediaitric First Aid, you will take an online portion and then spend 1-2 days or half-day in the classroom to complete your course. With Remote First Aid & Pre-Hospital Training, you can save time while staying compliant.
Other courses course that are permitted to be completed includes the 16 hour Outdoor First Aid course, 8 hours online followed by just one day in the classroom. This route is ideal for those busy independant freelance outdoor instructors, needing compliance.
