    Health & Safety Level 4 in the Workplace Training Courses

    The Highfield (HABC) Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is an advanced, industry‑recognised qualification. Designed for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders who hold strategic responsibility for workplace safety. This high‑level course strengthens competence in legal compliance, organisational safety management, risk assessment. It supports the development of safe systems of work, all of which are essential for creating a safe, efficient, and legally compliant working environment.

    Supports clear career progression for supervisors seeking promotion into more senior management roles, equipping them with the advanced knowledge and leadership capability required to step up with confidence.

    WHAT

    The Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is achieved over 5 days

    It is recommended that learners already possess a Health and Safety qualification at Level 3. It is also advised that learners have a minimum of Level 3 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

    This qualification is assessed in two parts:
