    Attending this three‑day requalification course will renew the holders’ expiring ECFR certificate, keeping their qualification current and compliant, ensuring holders continue to meet the staffing requirements detailed in the ‘Purple Guide’ for Health, Safety, and Welfare at Outdoor Events who work in the sector.

    The qualification adheres to the standards agreed by the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum (FAAOF) and the Health and Safety Executive for first aid qualifications.

    WHAT

    Recognised by the HSE as equivalent to First Aid at Work for the First-Aid Regulations 1981 & 1982, this qualification goes further than the standard syllabus, adding enhanced skills such as the safe administration of medical oxygen, Entonox, and Penthrox.
