Emergency First Aid at Work – Blended
Complete 3 hours online and 3 hours practical
The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is a nationally recognised qualification. This qualifcation supports anyone who needs to step up as a emergency first aider in their workplace or community. It supports organisations where a first aid needs assessment indicates the need for trained first aiders.
The training has been designed for low to medium‑risk workplaces, such as offices, shops, cafe’s, reception areas. It provides essential emergency first aid skills.
Assessment methods:
Practical demonstration, multiple-choice exam
WHAT
- Accredited Emergency First Aid at Work qualification, valid for 3 years
- Meets Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 & 1982 for low to medium risk locations
- Fully aligned with SIA First Aid Regulations for Security Operatives (2025)
- Suitable for low to medium‑risk workplaces and SIA‑licensed professionals
Learners complete 3 hours of online learning before joining our instructors on the three-hours face to face learning from 9.30 to 12.30 on the dates below.

Remote First Aid delivers weekly courses at its Chepstow training facilty or organisations may request training on demand at their veunes or sites.
COST
Organsiations may book our trainers to deliver this course via the belended route three hours online learning followed by three hours in the classroom:
Train up to six learners at your venue £450 + VAT
Additional learners up to a maximum of 12 will be charged at £30 + VAT per person.
