On completion of all training courses, learners are invited to provide independent feedback on their experience with Remote First Aid and their trainers. This feedback can be shared publicly and is also sent directly to our training team.
Collecting learner feedback is an essential part of our quality assurance process and forms a regulatory requirement under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and 1982. It helps us monitor the quality of our training, ensure compliance, and continually improve the learning experience for everyone.
Below, you may view our most recent reviews of our trainers and their delivery performances.
Remote First Aid provides training to self-employed workers, SME’s and International Clients.
Below is a recent review of our founder and head of centre.
Pete, you really are a fountain of knowledge and experience. You relate all training to real scenarios and this is an invaluable tool as it brings home the reality of certain situations which may arise in a crisis. We all absolutely loved the course and your real life examples. We at Balfour Beatty thank you for your time and professionalism with a dash of humour. And there was time for a few wets in the canteen as well. Any company looking to receive training in a way that is engaging, thought provoking, practical and current please ask for Peter Cook! Book the Cookie and not a rookie!
