We provide training across a network of venues throughout the UK. For those requiring onsite training for group bookings, you can choose from a range of training courses at a location to suit you.
Although the core content is the same as our standard courses, you have greater flexibility to spend more time on topics most relevant to your group. Simply choose a time and place to best suit your business needs and enjoy a more personal approach by training with people you know in a relaxed environment.

What are the requirements to book an on-site course?
To host an on‑site first aid course, the training room must be large enough to seat all learners with a minimum of one square metre per person, along with additional space for group work and practical activities. This can be provided either within the main room or through nearby break‑out areas. The area or areas selected must meet The Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992, which should include access to light beverages & drinking water and toiletsas contained within these regulations.
We also require on‑site parking so the trainer can safely unload equipment, and reliable Wi‑Fi for both the trainer and your staff, as all assessments are completed online.
If using a space away from the main training room for group work, consider that the trainer needs to be able to watch and supervise all practical work (for assessment and health and safety reasons). We recommend that the class size not exceed 12 learners.
Other requirements of your chosen training space:
- Organisors
- A carpeted floor. If the floor is not carpeted, mats will be required for first aid training courses. Learners may be required to lie on the floor for practical exercises. Consider one mat per two learners.
- The venue should be clean, health and safety compliant, free from intrusive noise, with sufficient heating, lighting and ventilation for the duration of the training.
- Multiple electricity sockets and/or extension cables to suitably reach alternative electricity sources.
- Located on the ground floor or has access via a lift for the movement of equipment.
- Smart TV with HDMI connections or LCD projector and table, projector screen or clear white wall.
- A flip chart with a stand or whiteboard(s).
- Personnel available to assist with the movement of furniture and equipment before and after the course.
- Health and safety information for the building, e.g. fire exits and fire drills, is to be supplied to the trainer upon their arrival.
- Learners should be informed before the course starts that they must not be interrupted during the course, and attendance must fulfil the course contact hours specified.
