It meets and exceeds the HSE requirements for an Emergency First Aid at Work. The course covers the child protocols outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. It does not include infant protocols.

This 7-hour qualification covers the essential skills needed to respond to emergencies for adults and children, and covers the child protocols outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. It does not include infant protocols. Upon successful completion, learners will be equipped to handle first aid situations involving both children and adults.
It is ideal for teachers responsible for children aged 1 year and older, as well as administrative and support staff, temporary teachers, and teachers in training. This qualification prepares learners to confidently manage a range of first aid situations in schools, ensuring they are ready to act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
