New Course (Benedicts Law)
From September 2026, schools in England will be required to comply with strengthened allergy safety requirements, including allergy awareness and anaphylaxis training. The requirements are expected to apply to all staff working in schools and state-maintained nurseries in England.
The final Department for Education guidance was released to schools July 6th 2026, ahead of implementation between September 2026 and January 2027.
